Fraud, corruption and sexual exploitation and abuse are considered misconduct, whether by UNHCR personnel or partner staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Misconduct occurs when a humanitarian worker behaves unethically, abusing its position to obtain personal benefit.
