Auxílio Carioca 2021(Emergency Financial Assistance) - Municipality of Rio de Janeiro

WHAT IS IT?

The “Auxílio Carioca” is a financial benefit, granted by the Rio de Janeiro City Hall, to vulnerable families and artisans at fairs (Feirarte) to reduce the effects of the pandemic caused by the new Coronavirus.

WHO CAN RECEIVE?

Vulnerable Family that:

  • are in extreme poverty or poverty (per capita income of up to R$ 178.00) and registered with CadÚnico until 02/12/2021;
  • has the CPF of the responsible family member active on the basis of the federal revenue;
  • It was not on the payroll of the Bolsa Família program in March/2021.

Street vendors that:

  • have active registration at the base of the City Hall;
  • have made the proof of life and have their Taxa de Uso de Área Pública – TUAP (Public Area Use Fee)  until 2019 paid until 03/29/2021.

WHAT IS THE AMOUNT?

Each family will receive a single installment of R$ 200.00 and each street vendor will receive a single installment of R$ 500.00.

HOW TO RECEIVE IT?

  1. Register on the site:  www.carioca.rio;
  2. Download Banco Santander “Superdigital” application;
  3. An account will be generated from the data on the website www.carioca.rio;
  4. You do not need to open the account, the City Hall will open it for you.

It is possible to withdraw money at any ATM (Rede 24h) using the cell phone.

Auxílio Manauara 2021 (Emergency Financial Assistance) - Municipality of Manaus

WHAT IS IT?

The “Auxílio Manauara” is a financial benefit, granted by the Manaus City Hall, to vulnerable families to reduce the effects of the pandemic caused by the new Coronavirus.

WHO CAN RECEIVE?

  • People who do not receive Emergency Aid from the State of Amazonas;
  • People in have not yet received any benefits;
  • Who does not have an active formal job;
  • Families that do not have a per capita income above R$ 178.00;
  • Who is not receiving unemployment assistance, welfare benefits or any other federal or state transfer emergency benefit, with the exception of Bolsa Família.

WHAT IS THE AMOUNT?

The benefit will be in the amount of  $ 200.00 and the transfer will be made for six months, which may be extended for another six months.

HOW TO RECEIVE IT?

The benefit will be paid by the CAIXA TEM application. To check the payment simply access your digital account through the application. If the beneficiary does not have an account, it will be automatically opened by Caixa. To use the account, simply download the CAIXA TEM application (available for Android and IOS), fill in your data and access your account automatically.

Bora Belém 2021 (Emergency Financial Assistance) - Municipality of Belém

WHAT IS IT?

The “Bora Belém” is a financial benefit, granted by the Belém City Hall, to vulnerable families to reduce the effects of the pandemic caused by the new Coronavirus.

WHO CAN RECEIVE?

  • families with monthly per capita income less than or equal to R$ 89.00, considered to be extremely poor;
  • female single-parent families;
  • single-parent families;
  • families with family composition from 0 to 18 years old;
  • families with pregnant or breastfeeding mothers.

WHAT IS THE AMOUNT?

  • Women with a child will receive R$ 150.00;
  • Women with two or three children, R$ 300.00;
  • Women with four or more children will be entitled to R$ 450.00.

HOW TO RECEIVE IT?

Beneficiaries must register through the Papa João XXIII Foundation (Funpapa), linked to the Municipality of Belém, which identifies families in the capital that are not receiving any kind of government assistance and, even without having to register, are entitled to citizen’s income. To confirm your registration, call Funpapa 162 or visit the website. Only after proof of registration, you will have to go to Banpará to receive the benefit.

Renda Básica Emergencial 2021 (Emergency Financial Assistance) - Municipality of São Paulo

WHAT IS IT?

The “Renda Básica Emergencial” is a financial benefit, granted by the São Paulo City Hall, to vulnerable families to reduce the effects of the pandemic caused by the new Coronavirus.

By means of Law 17.553, approved by the Municipality of São Paulo, the payment of another three months was extended to beneficiaries residing in the city of São Paulo.

WHO CAN RECEIVE?

The following will benefit:

  • Families that enrolled in the Bolsa Família Program until September 30, 2020;
  • Street workers enrolled in the “Tô Legal” program and with the TPU (Term of Permission to Use) regularized.

WHAT IS THE AMOUNT?

The amount ​​range from R$ 100.00 to R$ 200.00, paid for each member of the family. The family responsible will receive the benefit in a single payment, corresponding to the March, April and May installments. The amount of R$ 200.00/month will be paid for each person with disabilities regardless of age, except for those who already receive the BPC (Benefício de Prestação Continuada).

Example: a family with four members will receive, in a single transfer, three installments of R$ 400.00, totaling R$ 1,200.00. If one of the members is a person with a disability, the installment will be R$ 500.00 and the total benefit (three months) will be R$ 1,500.00.

WHO IN MY FAMILY WILL RECEIVE THE BENEFIT?

The “Responsável Familiar – RF” (family responsible), who is the holder of the Bolsa Família card or Conta Fácil, Conta Poupança Fácil and Poupança.

HOW TO RECEIVE IT?

As of 03/26/2021, beneficiaries will receive an SMS with the message informing the date of payment and the availability of resources on digital channels. The messages will be sent on the day the credit is released and payment will be made according to the end of the NIS number.

It will not be necessary to go to the CRAS (Social Assistance Reference Centers), Descomplica SP offices or CAIXA branches to register or request an account. The benefit will be generated automatically for families that meet the program criteria.
