The Federal Institute of Goiás (IFG) has open enrollment for a selective process for refugees. For this selection, a vacancy is offered in all higher courses of the Institution. There are 49 places available in 14 campuses. Interested parties have until October 30 to make their registrations, only through the internet on the website of the Selection Center (click here).
To participate in the selection process, the candidate must have recognized refugee status in Brazil. In addition, you must have a humanitarian visa. This selection process is open only to holders of high school graduation certificates. This proof must be made by presenting a certificate of completion and the school history or declaration of completion of high school, accompanied by the school record. If the studies have been done outside Brazil, it is necessary to present supporting documentation of completion of studies equivalent to secondary education. When it is not possible to present documents proving their education, the refugee will be allowed to prove by other means of proof.
Application is free and must be done exclusively on the internet (click here and go to the page). To do so, the interested party must complete the application and the socioeconomic questionnaire. In addition, documentation proving refugee status must be uploaded. Candidates who wish to apply for registration can apply to IFG campuses to register. For this, it is important to be with all mandatory documentation. CPF; foreigner’s identity; passport; and proof of address.
Stages of the selection process
The selection process is composed of objective evidence of multiple choice, containing 20 questions; proof of writing; and music-specific skill check test for candidates in Music Licentiate. All these stages are eliminatory and qualifying.
The evidence and writing will be held on November 18. Candidates for the Music Licensure course will take specific skill tests on November 9th. The final result of the selection process will be announced on December 28, on the website of the Selection Center.
