Complaint and Feedback Mechanism

Complaint:

A complaint is an objection made by an individual(s) who believes that the organization (Action Against Hunger, partner or other stakeholders involved in the delivery of our work) has failed to meet a stated commitment. Less serious complaints may relate to poor quality or performance, and complaints that are
more serious relate to fraud, abusive behavior or sexual exploitation.

Feedback:

People have a right to have their voices heard in judging our response to their needs.
Asking for the views of the affected population can help us understand the difference we are making
during the course of the response, and not just at the end of a project, or when the crisis is over.
