UNHCR, our partners and organizations that assist refugees in the camps in Bangladesh have information, complaints and feedback centres where you can:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Make confidential complaints<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Give suggestions and feedback about their work and services<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Speak directly to one of their workers about your situation<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    There are two different types of information points, but they all provide the same service, and refugees can approach any one of them:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Complaints, Feedback and Mechanism (CFM) desks run by UNHCR Community-Based Protection and partners <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Feedback and Information Centre (FIC) desks run by IOM and partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
