If your application is rejected, UNHCR will explain the reasons and you will be able to submit a written appeal within 30 days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Please keep in mind that:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The process takes several months.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All UNHCR services are free of charge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you do not speak English French or Arabic you will have the right to request an interpreter free of charge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is important to inform UNHCR of any changes in your contact information (address, phone number).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Your case may be closed by UNHCR if you do not attend your scheduled appointments or if you remain unreachable for an extended period of time. The timeframes vary depending on the situation.
