Ce pays d\u00e9cide qui peut demander et obtenir le regroupement familial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment faire une demande ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La proc\u00e9dure de regroupement familial doit \u00eatre initi\u00e9e par le membre de votre famille vivant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La possibilit\u00e9 de rejoindre votre famille d\u00e9pend notamment :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De votre lien de parent\u00e9 avec le membre de votre famille (par exemple : conjoint(e), parent ou enfant) ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Du statut juridique de votre membre de famille dans ce pays ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des r\u00e8gles de regroupement familial en vigueur dans ce pays.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Votre membre de famille doit contacter les autorit\u00e9s comp\u00e9tentes de son pays de r\u00e9sidence afin de savoir si vous \u00eates \u00e9ligible et comment introduire une demande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Y a-t-il des frais ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Certaines proc\u00e9dures de regroupement familial peuvent entra\u00eener des co\u00fbts, notamment :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Frais de dossier ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Frais de visa ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Examens m\u00e9dicaux ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tests ADN ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Frais de voyage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e9rifiez toujours les frais sur
