Violence can occur anywhere at any time, in public or in private settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It can take many forms, such as physical violence, emotional or psychological violence or economic violence.<\/strong>Economic violence may include situations such as not allowing or forcing others to work, taking away their income or depriving them of their inheritance.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Although many survivors of violence are girls and women, boys and men can also be targeted through violence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It is not your fault. If you\u2019ve experienced violence or abuse, you deserve support and care.
